耐磨物料管：炸藥管
應用:SGBL711是炸藥運送管中防爆等級高，抗拉等級較高，耐壓力等級較高的重型軟管，可以使用卷筒裝置，為需要高壓力要求的場所提供了良好的解決方案。適用于爆破裝藥各個過程，可輸送乳化炸藥，銨油炸藥，新型乳化劑等腐蝕性流體。超平滑的內(nèi)管使介質(zhì)更易通過，大大減少壓降。耐磨材料及特殊的軟硬度外膠設計，使軟管更合適于礦山等惡劣工況。增強層采用特殊編織結(jié)構(gòu)，不同于普通液壓管的鋼絲密度使其抗拉扯，抗拖拽，耐反復摩擦，不膨脹，不變形。
結(jié)構(gòu):
內(nèi)膠：特殊配方耐腐蝕、耐磨損、耐油合成橡膠。
增強層：一層高強度鋼絲編織或纏繞（可定制兩層鋼絲）
外膠：高耐磨損、耐候性、耐臭氧、耐油合成橡膠
溫度：-40℃～100℃
APPLICATION: SGBL711 is a heavy hose with high explosion-proof grade, high tensile grade and high pressure resistance grade in explosives transport pipe. It can transport nitro explosives. It can use reel device, providing a good solution for places requiring high pressure requirements. Suitable for blasting charge process, can transport emulsified explosive, ammonium oil explosive, new emulsifier and other corrosive fluids. The ultra-smooth inner tube makes it easier for media to pass through, minimizing pressure drop. Wear-resistant material and special soft and hard outer adhesive design, so that the hose is more suitable for mining and other harsh conditions. The reinforcement adopts a special braided structure, which is different from the wire density of ordinary hydraulic pipe so that it is tensile, drag resistance, repeated friction resistance, no expansion, no deformation.

Tube：Specially formulated synthetic rubber resistant to corrosion, wear and oil.
Reinforcement：One layer of strength steel wire braided or wound (two layers of steel wire can be customized)
Cover: High wear resistance, weather resistance, ozone resistance, oil resistance synthetic rubber
TEMPERATURE: -40℃ to 100℃
