APPLICATION: It can be used to transport oil and drinking water from ships to offshore drilling platforms. The special positive floating system enables products with different specific gravity to float on the sea surface. The system consists of a float pipe up to 30.5 meters long and a supply hose up to 120 meters long to the supply vessel. In addition, there is a layer of vulcanized spiral strip on the outer layer of the hose to enhance the abrasion resistance of the hose. The entire system is rolled up on a reel and stored on a platform.
CONSTRUCTION:
Tube：Different synthetic rubbers are available according to different working conditions and conveying media
Reinforcement：Multi-layer winding fiber and a spiral steel wire reinforcement, (the reinforcement layer without steel wire can also be customized)
Cover: Excellent ozone and fading resistant synthetic rubber. Wear strips can also be added to extend the life of the cover.
TEMPERATURE: -30℃ to 82℃
