應用:用于耐磨性物質(zhì)的抽吸和輸送軟管。如固體，粒狀，塵土，粉末，氣體和液體介質(zhì)，抽吸PVC顆粒，高溫塑料粒子，紙屑，紡織纖維，谷物，飼料，木屑,煙塵，油氣，油液等等。對抗機械磨損性能卓越，可用于需要防微生物的耐磨性固體的抽吸和輸送，良好的耐真空和耐壓性。

材料：管壁采用TSU加強型聚氨酯，比聚醚型聚氨酯耐磨能力增強40%，又同時兼具聚醚型聚氨酯的耐水性能。壁厚約：1.5mm

增強層：北利爾螺旋鋼絲外包聚氨酯增強

特性：高耐磨損，比普通的PU管耐磨增加30%。其光滑的內(nèi)壁保證物料可以順暢通過，不會發(fā)生粘料現(xiàn)象。特殊的鋼絲性能，除了增加壓力外，比普通管更加柔軟靈活，便于操作。曲撓次數(shù)遠遠超過普通PU管。耐油性，良好的氣密性，耐化學性，抗溶劑性，無塑化劑和鹵化劑，良好的抗紫外線和耐臭氧性，易彎曲，質(zhì)量輕，較小的彎曲半徑，高拉伸強度和斷裂伸長，內(nèi)壁光滑，擁有合適的流動性，因為接地螺旋而具有導電性，阻燃，防微生物，表面電阻<10⁹歐姆。

溫度：-40℃到100℃ 短時間可達+165℃
