應(yīng)用:用于冶金，電力，電子，新能源等需要高絕緣的軟管。特別適用水電纜設(shè)備冷卻系統(tǒng)輸送超純凈水。絕緣等級(jí)AC10KV。環(huán)保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)： 符合歐盟環(huán)保標(biāo)準(zhǔn) ROHS要求。
結(jié)構(gòu):
內(nèi)膠：德國(guó)進(jìn)口白色EPDM合成橡膠，高絕緣、抗老化。
增強(qiáng)層：2層高強(qiáng)度合成纖維編織
外膠：白色耐油霧、耐磨、耐臭氧合成橡膠。
包裝: 內(nèi)層透明PE膜纏繞,外層編織帶纏繞。卷軸包裝為訂制品。按客戶需要,另外可提供特定長(zhǎng)度裁剪，或紙箱包裝,塑料或木制托盤包裝。
接頭連接：可提供推進(jìn)式接頭或是扣壓接頭總成，材質(zhì)碳鋼，銅，SS304.316另配有專用卡箍。
溫度：-40℃～70℃（可定做-40℃ to 120℃）
APPLICATION:High insulation hose used in metallurgy, electricity, electronics, new energy, etc. Especially suitable for water cable equipment cooling system to transport ultra-pure water. Insulation grade AC10KV. Environmental standards: in line with EU environmental standards ROHS requirements.
CONSTRUCTION:
Tube：White EPDM synthetic rubber imported from Germany, high insulation, anti aging.
Reinforcement：2 layer high strength synthetic fiber braid
Cover:White oil mist resistant, wear resistant, ozone resistant synthetic rubber
Packing: The inner layer is wrapped with transparent PE film and the outer layer is wrapped with braided tape. The reel is packed in order form. According to customer needs, we can also provide specific length cut, or carton packaging, plastic or wooden pallet packaging.
Couplings: Push-on fittings or snap-joint assemblies are available, made of carbon steel, copper, SS304.316 with special clamp.
