應(yīng)用:設(shè)計(jì)用于中等負(fù)荷，輕質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)的軟管，可輸送和半抽取冷卻液，熱水，切屑液，低腐蝕化學(xué)品，污水，清洗劑，紙漿等，多用于工業(yè)，農(nóng)業(yè)，建筑業(yè)等領(lǐng)域。
結(jié)構(gòu):
內(nèi)膠：黑色光滑EPDM合成橡膠
增強(qiáng)層：高強(qiáng)度聚脂纖維增強(qiáng)+螺旋鋼絲
外膠:黑色耐磨、耐油、抗老化EPDM合成橡膠。
外表:布面，可提供黑色、紅色、藍(lán)色、綠色
特點(diǎn)：內(nèi)管平滑，無(wú)凹凸死角，不殘存液體。柔韌又輕便。彎曲半徑約等于2.5倍內(nèi)徑。高低溫良好，低溫條件下軟管不硬，高溫條件下軟管不軟。可持續(xù)使用在高低溫轉(zhuǎn)換的環(huán)境中。耐臭氧，ASTM D1149標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 50pphm 溫度40+/-2℃ 150小時(shí)無(wú)裂縫?？捎糜趹敉庾鳂I(yè)。
溫度：-40℃～120℃
接頭: 可提供PUSH ON推進(jìn)式或是扣壓接頭，快速接頭。材質(zhì)碳鋼，銅SS304.316.316L另配有專用卡箍。
APPLICATION:Designed for medium load, lightweight structure hose, can transport and semi-extraction coolant, hot water, chip fluid, low corrosion chemicals, sewage, cleaning agent, pulp, etc., mostly used in industry, agriculture, construction and other fields.
CONSTRUCTION:
Tube：Black smooth EPDM synthetic rubber
Reinforcement：High strength polyester fiber reinforced + spiral steel wire
Cover: Black wear-resistant, oil-resistant, anti-aging EPDM synthetic rubber.
APPEARANCE: Wrapped, available in black, red, blue, green
FEATURE: The inner tube is smooth, no concave and convex dead Angle, no residual liquid. Extremely flexible and lightweight. The bending radius is approximately 2.5 times the inner diameter. Good high and low temperature, the hose is not hard under low temperature conditions, and the hose is not soft under high temperature conditions. Sustainable use in high and low temperature conversion environment. Ozone resistant, ASTM D1149 standard 50pphm temperature 40+/-2℃ 150 hours without cracks. Can be used for outdoor work.

COUPLING：can provide PUSH ON or buckle joint, quick joint. Carbon steel, copper, SS304.316.316L with special clamp
