應(yīng)用：標(biāo)準(zhǔn)軟管適用于工業(yè)用真空清潔器，用于輸送顆粒、碎屑等輸送軟管，同樣適用于紙屑和纖維的抽吸和輸送，適用于抽吸設(shè)備，抽吸和輸送耐磨性固體，防微生物和耐水解。
材料：管壁采用的是聚醚型聚氨酯，壁厚約1.4mm
增強(qiáng)層：螺旋鋼絲增強(qiáng)
特性：良好的抗紫外線和耐臭氧性，良好的耐油性，無塑化劑和鹵化劑，良好的氣密性，易彎曲，質(zhì)量較輕，有著較小的彎曲半徑，耐高壓和真空阻力，高拉伸強(qiáng)度，內(nèi)壁光滑，高流動(dòng)性，根據(jù)TRBS 2153要求，適合非可燃粉塵/散體顆粒和低導(dǎo)電性的氣體/液體。金屬絲應(yīng)兩端接地，以確保消除靜電。
溫度：-40℃到90℃，短時(shí)間可達(dá)+125℃
APPLICATION:The standard hose is suitable for industrial vacuum cleaners, for conveying particles, debris and other conveying hoses, also suitable for the suction and conveying of paper scraps and fibers, suitable for suction equipment, suction and conveying wear resistant solids, anti-microbial and hydrolysis resistance.
Material: The tube wall is made of polyether polyurethane
The wall thickness is about 1.4mm
Reinforcement : spiral wire reinforcement
Features:Good UV resistance and ozone resistance, good oil resistance, no plasticizer and halogenator, good air tightness, easy to bend, very light, with a very small bending radius, high pressure and vacuum resistance, high tensile strength, smooth inner wall, excellent fluidity, according to the requirements of TRBS 2153, Suitable for non combustible dust/granular particles and low conductivity gas/liquid. The wire should be grounded at both ends to eliminate static electricity.
Temperature: -40℃ to 90℃, up to +125℃ for a short time
