應(yīng)用:抽吸/輸送軟管，用于固體和液體食品行業(yè)，用于醫(yī)藥行業(yè)，用于化學(xué)行業(yè)。
材料:螺旋圈：不銹鋼螺旋鋼絲
管壁：聚醚型聚氨酯，食品級(jí)(FDA),添加防靜電因子
壁厚：約1.4mm
特性：無塑化劑和鹵化劑，良好的耐化學(xué)性，良好的抗紫外線和耐臭氧性，良好的氣密性，較小的彎曲半徑，高拉伸強(qiáng)度，內(nèi)壁光滑，高流動(dòng)性，符合歐盟指導(dǎo)方針2002/72/EU和新修訂的指令，防微生物，防水解，易彎曲，根據(jù)TRBS 2153要求，用于非可燃粉塵/散體顆粒和低導(dǎo)電性。金屬絲應(yīng)兩端接地，以確保消除靜電，無臭/無味，防靜電，表面電阻＜109歐姆，原材料符合下面的食品行業(yè)的法律法規(guī) -FDA 21 CFR§177.2600 -FDA 21 CFR§178.2010
溫度：-40℃～90℃,短時(shí)間可達(dá)+125℃
APPLICATION:Suction/conveying hoses for solid and liquid food industry, for pharmaceutical industry, for chemical industry.
Material: Spiral ring: stainless steel spiral wire
Tube wall: polyether polyurethane, Food grade (FDA), added anti-static factor
Wall thickness: about 1.4mm
Features: Plasticizer and halogenator free, good chemical resistance, good UV and ozone resistance, good air tightness, minimal bending radius, high tensile strength, smooth inner wall, excellent fluidity, in accordance with EU Guidelines 2002/72/EU and the most recent revised Directive, microbiological resistant, water resistant, extremely flexible, as required by TRBS 2153, Used for non combustible dust/granular particles and low conductivity. The wire should be grounded at both ends to ensure static elimination, odorless/tasteless, anti-static, surface resistance <109 ohms, and raw materials comply with the following food industry laws and regulations -FDA 21 CFR§177.2600 -FDA 21 CFR§178.2010
TEMPERATURE: -40°C to 90°C It can reach +125℃ in a short time.
