材料：螺旋圈：螺旋鋼絲  管壁：聚醚型聚氨酯，食品級(jí) 壁厚：約2.1mm 

特性：無塑化劑和鹵化劑，良好的耐化學(xué)性，良好的抗紫外線和耐臭氧性，良好的氣密性，較小的彎曲半徑，耐高壓和真空阻力，高拉伸強(qiáng)度，內(nèi)壁光滑，高流動(dòng)性，根據(jù)TRBS 2153要求，適合非可燃粉塵/散體顆粒和低導(dǎo)電性的氣體/液體。金屬絲應(yīng)兩端接地，以確保消除靜電，防微生物，防水解，易彎曲，無臭/無味，軟管符合下面的歐洲食品行業(yè)的法律法規(guī)-EU Regulations 1935/2004,10/2011 和 1282/2011，原材料符合下面的食品行業(yè)的法律法規(guī) -FDA 21 CFR§177.2600 -FDA 21 CFR§178.2010。

溫度：-40℃～90℃,短時(shí)間可達(dá)+125℃

APPLICATION:Suction/delivery hose for solid and liquid food industry,used for pharmaceutical industry,  chemical industry.

Material: Spiral ring: spiral steel wire

Tube wall: polyether polyurethane, food grade

Wall thickness: about 2.1mm

Features: No plasticizers and halogenators, minimal bending radius, good chemical resistance, good UV and ozone resistance, good air tightness, high tensile strength, smooth inner wall, excellent fluidity, According to TRBS 2153 requirements, suitable for non-combustible dust/granular particles and low conductivity gas/liquid .The wire should be grounded at both ends to ensure the elimination of static electricity, odorless/tasteless.Raw materials comply with the following food industry laws and regulations -FDA 21 CFR§177.2600 -FDA 21 CFR§178.2010
