應(yīng)用:用于醫(yī)藥行業(yè)，抽吸/輸送軟管，用于食品行業(yè)，用于化學(xué)行業(yè)。
材料：螺旋圈：不銹鋼螺旋鋼絲
管壁：聚醚型聚氨酯，食品級 壁厚：約0.7mm
特性：無塑化劑和鹵化劑，較小的彎曲半徑，良好的耐化學(xué)性，良好的抗紫外線和耐臭氧性，良好的氣密性，高拉伸強(qiáng)度，內(nèi)壁光滑，高流動(dòng)性，根據(jù)TRBS 2153要求，適合非可燃粉塵/散體顆粒和低導(dǎo)電性的氣體/液體。金屬絲應(yīng)兩端接地，以確保消除靜電，防微生物，防水解，無臭/無味，軟管符合下面的歐洲食品行業(yè)的法律法規(guī)-EU Regulations 1935/2004,10/2011 和 1282/2011，原材料符合下面的食品行業(yè)的法律法規(guī) -FDA 21 CFR§177.2600 -FDA 21 CFR§178.2010
溫度：–40℃ 至90℃ 短時(shí)間可達(dá)+125℃
APPLICATION:For the pharmaceutical industry, suction/delivery hose, for the food industry, for the chemical industry.
Material: Spiral ring: stainless steel spiral wire；Tube wall: polyether polyurethane, food grade
Wall thickness: about 0.7mm
Features: No plasticizers and halogenators, minimal bending radius, good chemical resistance, good UV and ozone resistance, good air tightness, high tensile strength, smooth inner wall, excellent fluidity, suitable for non-combustible dust/granular particles and low conductivity gas/liquid according to TRBS 2153 requirements. The wire shall be grounded at both ends to ensure the elimination of static electricity, anti-microbial, waterproof solution, odorless/tasteless, Raw materials comply with the following food industry laws and regulations -FDA 21 CFR§177.2600 -FDA 21 CFR§178.2010
