應(yīng)用:保護(hù)軟管，用于對(duì)抗機(jī)械磨損，阻燃性軟管，用于輸送耐磨性固體，用于木工機(jī)械，木工行業(yè)排氣管。
材料：螺旋圈：螺旋鋼絲
管壁：聚酯型聚氨酯，添加了阻燃劑（符合DIN ISO 4649標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，比聚醚型聚氨酯更耐磨）壁厚約0.5mm
特性：無(wú)塑化劑和鹵化劑，易彎曲，高耐磨損，較小的彎曲半徑，良好的抗紫外線(xiàn)和耐臭氧性，良好的氣密性，高拉伸強(qiáng)度，內(nèi)壁光滑，高流動(dòng)性，根據(jù)TRBS 2153要求，適合非可燃粉塵/散體顆粒和低導(dǎo)電性的氣體/液體。金屬絲應(yīng)兩端接地，以確保消除靜電，阻燃，符合DIN4102 B1要求，質(zhì)量較輕，折彎恢復(fù)后無(wú)壓痕，良好的耐油性，符合德國(guó)專(zhuān)業(yè)木工協(xié)會(huì)的要求，對(duì)稱(chēng)褶皺性，壓縮比1:5。
溫度：-40℃～90℃,短時(shí)間可達(dá)+125℃
APPLICATION:Protective hose, for resistance to mechanical wear, flame retardant hose, for conveying wear resistant solid, for woodworking machinery, woodworking industry exhaust pipe.
Material: spiral ring: spiral wire
Tube wall: polyester polyurethane, added flame retardant (in line with DIN ISO 4649 standard, more wear-resistant than polyether polyurethane), wall thickness is about 0.5mm
Features: No plasticizer and halogenator, easy to bend, high wear resistance, minimal bending radius, good UV resistance and ozone resistance, good air tightness, high tensile strength, smooth inner wall, excellent fluidity, according to TRBS 2153 requirements, suitable for non-combustible dust/granular particles and low conductivity gas/liquid. The wire should be grounded at both ends to ensure the elimination of static electricity, flame retardant, meet the requirements of DIN4102 B1, very light, no indentation after bending recovery, good oil resistance.
TEMPERATURE: -40°C to 90°C It can reach +125℃in a short time
