材料：外部螺旋圈：鍍鋅鋼帶管壁：聚酯夾織物外包Vition涂層，導(dǎo)電，表面電阻≤10⁴歐姆

特性：較小的彎曲半徑，良好的耐機(jī)械負(fù)荷性能，易彎曲，良好的抗紫外線和耐臭氧性，防震動(dòng)，表面電阻<10⁴歐姆，符合94/9/EU-zones 0/20(TRBS/ATEX)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，很好的壓縮性，壓縮比可達(dá)到1:6，外邊的螺旋圈保護(hù)管壁免受磨損，特殊的夾緊方式，保證了軟管材料和外部螺旋鋼絲之間的高拉伸強(qiáng)度，根據(jù)TRBS 2153要求，適合低導(dǎo)電性可燃性粉塵和氣體。螺旋圈應(yīng)接地并且螺旋兩端應(yīng)確保靜電消散。耐用的管壁材料，良好的耐化學(xué)性，耐高溫，抗碾壓。
