應(yīng)用:用于醫(yī)藥行業(yè)，用于化工行業(yè)，低壓環(huán)境，用于涂料噴霧，用于涂料，木工，造紙工業(yè)，用于溶劑的萃取，抽吸軟管，用于腐蝕性介質(zhì)。
材料：外部螺旋圈：鍍鋅鋼帶。管壁：玻璃纖維外包PTFE涂層
特性：易彎曲，良好的耐化學(xué)性，耐冷熱，防風(fēng)雨，很好的壓縮性，壓縮比可達(dá)到1:6，防粘合內(nèi)壁材料，高流動(dòng)性，外邊的螺旋圈保護(hù)管壁免受磨損，特殊的夾緊方式，保證了軟管材料和外部螺旋鋼絲之間的高拉伸強(qiáng)度，PTFE:無(wú)健康危險(xiǎn)，根據(jù)TRBS 2153要求，適合的低導(dǎo)電性的非可燃粉塵和氣體。螺旋圈兩端應(yīng)接地并且兩個(gè)螺旋間距應(yīng)小于30mm，以確保靜電消散。
溫度：-150℃ 至250℃ 短時(shí)間可達(dá)+270℃
APPLICATION:Used in pharmaceutical industry, for chemical industry, low pressure environment, paint spray, for paint, woodworking, paper industry, for solvent extraction, suction hose, for corrosive media.

Hose wall: glass fiber with PTFE
Features:Easy to bend, good chemical resistance, cold and heat resistance, weatherproof, good compressibility, compression ratio can reach 1:6, anti bonding inner wall material, excellent mobility, outside the spiral ring to protect the wall from wear, special clamping mode, ensure the hose material and external spiral wire between high tensile strength, PTFE: no health risk, According to TRBS 2153, suitable for low conductivity non-combustible dusts and gases. Both ends of the spiral ring should be grounded and the distance between the two spirals should be less than 30mm to ensure the dissipation of static electricity.
